Important Notes About Your Swim Lessons

  1. After submitting your registration form, you will receive an email to confirm and accept your lesson schedule within five to seven business days.
  2. After accepting your schedule, you'll receive an emailed invoice where you can pay online or send in cash or check. You will have two business days to accept or make changes and submit payment. After two business days, your schedule may be removed to accommodate other swimmers.
  3. Once we receive payment, all your lessons will be confirmed. All you need to do is show up on the first day of your lessons with a swimsuit and towel. If using sunscreen, please apply it at least 20-30 minutes prior to lessons to avoid your child being slippery or getting sunscreen in their eyes.
  4. If we are unable to accommodate your schedule request, we will call or email you for additional availability.
  5. AFTER you have accepted a schedule, to cancel or rearrange your schedule for any reason there will be a $15.00 adjustment fee for each child each time you make a change. There will be a FULL CHARGE on all ‘no show’ lessons and/ or lessons cancelled after 9 AM on day of lesson.
  6. We do our absolute best to uphold swimmers' schedules. In the event of inclement weather or other unforeseeable circumstances, we may need to reschedule or refund affected lessons.
  7. Please do not feed your child within 1-2 hours before the lesson. This is to prevent your child from having tummy aches & food come up with a burp.
  8. Reusable and disposable swim diapers required for non-potty trained children.
  9. We may ask you to stay out of your child’s view for the first lesson so your child can relate and bond to their teacher on a one-on-one basis, building trust, confidence, and love.
  10. The best way to contribute to your child’s swim lessons is by being positive and giving lots of praise! Even if there are tears, talk about swim lessons is a positive way and be excited about progress!
