What We Teach

- Swimming with head down while holding their breath
- Keeping their feet on top of the water to have a productive kick
- Opening eyes under water to find a teacher or the wall
- After 2.5 years, rolling over to float to get a breath
- Jumping in and turning back to find the wall
- Beginner strokes and diving once confidently rolling over to float
